Nestled in the peaceful natural surroundings of Stublenica near Ub, within the wider Belgrade area, the Paraf Winery represents a highly complex project where our team was brought in to spearhead the complete reconstruction and structural rehabilitation. Our intervention followed a critical technical failure that occurred during a prior phase of development, demanding an urgent, highly professional, and systematic response on-site.

From detailed analysis to structural rehabilitation
Through a comprehensive analysis of the existing condition, our expert team precisely diagnosed the structural and functional failures left behind by earlier phases. We developed a tailored, high-performance engineering solution for the building’s restoration and maintained strictly controlled coordination throughout the entire reconstruction process—ultimately ensuring the facility was successfully and fully restored to its primary purpose.

Regulatory management and occupancy permiting
Beyond the physical reconstruction and engineering scope, our responsibilities extended across the entire legal and technical spectrum. This involved coordinating comprehensive technical documentation, navigating rigorous administrative procedures before competent regulatory authorities, and successfully securing the occupancy permit, culminating in the final registration of the property in the real estate cadastre.

Operational management and stakeholder coordination
The unique nature of this project demanded an exceptional level of organization, precise technical oversight, and rigorous on-site operational management. Through continuous and transparent communication with the investor, supervising engineers, and contractors across all phases, we maximized efficiency and successfully mitigated risks, ensuring that past execution inefficiencies were entirely eliminated.
