From the initial concept to precise elaboration

Design and materialization
Design and materializationOrganization of spaceThe architecture of the building rests on simple lines and warm tones. The facade combines neutral surfaces with wooden vertical accents, while integrated ambient lighting gives the building a recognizable identity in the evening hours.

Space organization
The interior is developed through strict functionality: day and night zones are clearly separated with an open ground floor plan that erases the boundary between interior and exterior, making maximum use of every square meter of space.

An example of superior individual housing
The result is a contemporary family home that combines aesthetics and rationality. This project serves as proof that through a precise design approach and a clear concept, a high-quality space can be achieved that is at the same time modern, warm and adapted to the real needs of everyday life.
