Design and materializationOrganization of spaceThe architecture of the building rests on simple lines and warm tones. The facade combines neutral surfaces with wooden vertical accents, while integrated ambient lighting gives the building a recognizable identity in the evening hours.

The interior is developed through strict functionality: day and night zones are clearly separated with an open ground floor plan that erases the boundary between interior and exterior, making maximum use of every square meter of space.
